We are continually looking to expand our network of retailers. Whether you’re an independent start-up, an established online retailer, international retailer or a growing garden centre (no pun intended!), we have products and collections to suit.

Where we deliver

Standard delivery to mainland UK. Please contact us to discuss terms for deliveries outside of this area.

Delivery time

4 -5 business days depending on when the order was placed.

Orders will be delivered 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays).

Delivery cost

Pallets - £450 minimum order carriage paid to mainland UK.

Furniture delivery - Free 2-man delivery scheduled with the delivery contact provided on the order.

Where is my order?

Our warehouse will contact you to confirm a delivery date.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the item(s) has not been despatched. If you would like to amend or cancel your order, please contact: despatch@ivylinegb.co.uk

Returns

There is an issue with my order

If there is an issue with your order, including damaged or faulty items, incorrect pricing, item shortages, or mis-picks, please fill out the Credit Request Form within 5 working days of delivery. You will be notified of your Credit Request approval by receiving a copy of the credit to your account.

How do I arrange my pallet return?

Please send us your order number, how many pallets there are, and the collection address to: despatch@ivylinegb.co.uk

Do I need to repack my order?

No, as long as it is on a pallet.
